In addition to his leadership at Nixel, Nikhil serves as Chief Executive Officer at Workifly Staffing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where he spearheads non-IT workforce expansion initiatives. Through strategic staffing models, he bridges the gap between skilled professionals and global enterprises, demonstrating his holistic understanding of organizational growth, human capital, and market scalability.

Earlier in his career, Nikhil developed deep technical and functional expertise across several leading organizations. During his tenure with NTT DATA (formerly itelligence India Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), he led SAP S/4HANA 1709 implementations and business process optimizations for marquee clients, including DHFL General Insurance, ARAI, and Taiyo Nippon Sanso (India) a Japanese client. His success in delivering enterprise-wide automation and efficiency positioned him as a trusted technology enabler for complex, large-scale transformations.

At VSD Technologies Pvt. Ltd., he contributed as a core member of GST and SAP S/4HANA configuration projects, helping clients navigate regulatory transitions while improving operational control and compliance. His ability to align business objectives with system functionality strengthened his reputation as a dependable SAP solutions expert.

With Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd., Nikhil specialized in SAP Master Data Management (MDM), enhancing data integrity, governance, and accuracy for global enterprise client Philips. This role solidified his foundation in enterprise data strategy and reinforced his analytical and quality-oriented approach to technology management.

His early roles at TATA Voltas Ltd. and Blue Star Ltd. provided a strong operational base in SAP MM, PS, and CRM domains. There, he efficiently managed procurement cycles, vendor relationships, and system reporting processes—building the hands-on business insight and technical discipline that now underpin his executive decision-making.

As Founder and Director at Nixel Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., she plays an integral role in shaping organizational culture, driving operational alignment, and ensuring that the company’s service delivery reflects both technological brilliance and human empathy. Before entering the entrepreneurial domain, Sana built a robust professional foundation in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, working with reputed organizations such as Covance (MNC) and MedVigil Clinical Research. Her work as a Safety Data Analyst and Drug Safety Associate involved managing pharmacovigilance processes, safety data management, and compliance reporting. This experience honed her skills in precision, regulatory integrity, and stakeholder communication — qualities that continue to define her executive leadership style today.

Her early career journey also includes practical experience in hospital operations and pharmacy supply chain management through her tenure at Kalsekar Hospital, where she developed a nuanced understanding of process optimization and patient service dynamics — skills that later translated into her strategic business approach.

Sana holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from the Sterling Institute of Pharmacy and a Diploma in Pharmacy from the National Centre for Rural Development Institute of Pharmacy. Her scientific background, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset, allows her to bridge analytical rigor with human-centered business leadership.
